Our rental offices operate Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. During this time, you can pick up or return your vehicle at no extra cost.

However, if you need a car after 6:00 PM, overnight, or on a Sunday, we’ve got you covered with our After-Hours Pickup and Return service — designed for flexibility and convenience when you need it most.

• Available Locations: This service is available in all cities where Vin Car operates: Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Dnipro.

• For Individuals and Businesses: Whether you’re a private customer or a corporate client, you can request this service.

• Cost: A small fixed fee applies. Exact pricing can be found in our Additional Services Price List.

• Payment Options: Pay easily by credit card, cash, or bank transfer.

• After-Hours Timeframe:

  • Weekdays (Mon–Sat): 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM

  • Sundays: 24/7

• Special Conditions: One of our team members will be on call outside regular hours to issue or collect your vehicle — ensuring fast and smooth service at your preferred time.
