Age Requirements

• The minimum age for renting a car is 21 years.
• A minimum of 2 years of driving experience is required. This ensures your safety and confidence behind the wheel.

Required Documents for Rental

To complete the rental process, you must provide:

• A Ukrainian citizen’s passport or a national passport (for foreigners).
• A driver’s license for the category of the selected vehicle.
• A Taxpayer Identification Number (for Ukrainian citizens).

Foreigners: In addition to a national passport, you must provide an international driver’s license or a national license with the name and surname written in Latin script.

Mileage Conditions

• The daily mileage limit is 300 km. This means you can drive up to 300 km per day, with a total limit of 4,500 km per month for the entire rental period.
• If the limit is exceeded, each additional kilometer will be charged according to the company’s rates.

For unrestricted travel, opt for the “Unlimited Mileage” service.

Deposit

When renting a car, the client must provide a deposit, which is blocked on their bank card. The deposit is not withdrawn but merely blocked, avoiding inconveniences with fund returns.

• The deposit amount depends on the car’s class and rental cost.
• Upon completion of the rental and in the absence of contract violations, the deposit is fully released.

Who Can Drive the Rented Car?

Only the driver whose license is specified in the rental agreement may operate the rented vehicle. This ensures safety and proper use of the vehicle.
IMPORTANT! If you plan for another person to drive the car, you can order the “Additional Driver” service for convenience.

Vehicle Pickup and Return

Rented cars can be picked up:

• At Vin Car rental locations.
• At the client’s address (paid service).
• During non-working hours (from 18:00 to 09:00) — available for an additional fee.

The car is provided:

• In a clean condition.
• With a full fuel tank.

The car can be returned:

• At Vin Car rental locations.
• At the client’s address (paid service).
• During non-working hours (from 18:00 to 09:00) — for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT! The car must be returned with a full fuel tank.

Territory of Use

Vin Car vehicles can be used throughout Ukraine, except for:

• Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson regions, and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
